I like to say my last proper job was Managing Director of Edelman in Australia. I steered the agency through the GFC and then realised it was time for a change.
When I started my new venture, I intended to focus on account management and direction training.Then a funny thing happened. The phone started ringing. Word had got around that I was out of the big agency network and available. Could I help the agency with some business advice on the best structure? Could I help the agency with growth strategies? Could I mentor a senior exec?
Not many business coaches specialise in agency growth. Fewer have done it and lived it themselves. I work with agencies to help them grow their businesses sustainably and inspire their teams.I run off-sites, planning days and offer ongoing mentoring and advice.
